Scope of Work

  • Ascertaining present condition of site.
  • Preparation of tender drawings based on Architect's design.
  • Preparation of bill of quantities.
  • Negotiation and finalization of contractor.
  • Preparation of construction drawings.
  • Periodical material and work quality verification.
  • Check measurements and bill certification.
  • Safety auditing for existing sites on periodical basis.
